Patient Rights & Responsibilities

At Advanced Home Care, every patient is treated with dignity and respect.  We believe patients have certain fundamental rights regarding the care they receive.  Our employees are trained to uphold those rights in delivering extraordinary care every day. 

Patients also have certain responsibilities when receiving home health care.  If patients do not fulfill these responsibilities,  it becomes increasingly difficult for us to deliver the care they need.

It’s a partnership, with the goal of keeping you healthy and independent in your own home.  We have to work together to be successful.  Please take a few minutes to review your rights and responsiblities as a patient of Advanced Home Care.
