Important – AutoPay Changes Coming

We are informing you of changes to your AutoPay notice and charge dates. Starting October 2019, notice dates will be set by your last name; and the charge date will occur two weeks after the notice date each month. Advanced Home Care will only charge you using AutoPay for services based on what your insurance plan has decided is your responsibility.

Why are we making this change?

As our AutoPay program grows, it becomes harder to offer you great support. This change will let Advanced Home Care answer your questions better and faster. Advanced Home Care’s goal is to improve your experience.

How will your charge amount change?

If your last name starts with A-D, this will have little to no effect on your typical AutoPay charge. For all other patients, this could mean a one-time increase on your charge amount. This is because of more time between your September and October/November charges. Your notice will include a list of items you will be charged. Remember, Advanced Home Care will only charge you using AutoPay for services based on what your insurance plan has decided is your responsibility.
