Customer Satisfaction Survey

Goal:
Superior customer service is a priority for Advanced Home care. We strive to exceed expectations with every interaction. To that end Advanced Home Care proactively surveys our referral sources quarterly. Each region is surveyed once per fiscal year with a goal of 90% satisfaction.

Process:
Each regions referral source database is updated annually. From that database the surveys are printed and numbered to correspond with the assigned referral source for tracking. The surveys are hand delivered by the sales team and are mailed back to our corporate office for review and report generation. Any written comments that are related to service issues are copied and distributed to the branch management team to resolve any issues and to put processes in place to reduce or eliminate the issue from recurring.
